On 30 October 2020, Sir Laurie Magnus, a non-executive director of The City of London Investment Trust plc, transferred 46,300 ordinary shares to his wife, Lady Jocelyn Magnus. Following this transfer, Lady Jocelyn Magnus now holds 76,300 ordinary shares in The City of London Trust plc. Sir Laurie Magnus' interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged at  80,000 ordinary shares.
