Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

That a first interim dividend of 3.63p per Ordinary Share of 25p, in respect of the year ending 30 June 2014 will be paid on 29 November 2013 to holders registered at the close of business on 25 October 2013.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on

23 October 2013.
