Director Shareholding

The Company was today notified that on 30 January 2009 Allan Bufferd, Non-executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”). The price paid by Mr. Bufferd was 142.5 pence per Ordinary Share. This transaction takes Mr. Bufferd’s total interest to 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
