Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the publication on 30 June 2022 of its Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2022, the Company announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Thursday, 15 September 2022 at 2.00 p.m.

A copy of the Notice of the AGM is available to view on the Company's website at https://www.civitassocialhousing.com/ .

It has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . Copies of the Notice of the AGM have been posted to the Company's shareholders today.
