Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for admission to the Official List for a listing of 670,765 Ordinary
Share of £0.25 each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, will be allotted to relevant persons as an incentive to join the Clarkson
Brokerage Team.

It is expected that admission of the Ordinary shares will become effective on 22
May 2006.
