Appointment of acting non-executive Chairman
Clarkson PLC announces that it has appointed Ed Warner as acting non-executive Chairman whilst James Hughes-Hallett recovers from an illness.
Ed is a long-standing non-executive Director of Clarkson and is an experienced Chair, holding positions including Chairman of derivatives exchange LMAX and Grant Thornton UK LLP.
Aside from the temporary absence of James Hughes-Hallett, Board committee memberships will remain unchanged.
Ed Warner, acting non-executive Chairman said:
