CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

On 4 April 2005, Mr T C Harris, disposed of 2,200 Clarkson PLC shares held in
the joint names of Mr and Mrs Harris and purchased 600 shares to be held in the
name of Mrs A M Harris and 1,600 shares to be held in the name of Mr T C Harris.
