Clean Power Hydrogen plc (AIM: CPH2), the UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing group that has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser^TM, was notified on 26 April 2023 that Aurelius Limited now holds 20,448,881 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 7.62% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Aurelius Limited shareholder was previously disclosed as the Manny Davidson Discretionary Trust.
