Close Brothers Group plc Director Declaration: Change in Director Details

Pursuant to its obligations under Listing Rule LR 9.6.14 R (2), Close Brothers Group plc ("the group" or "Close Brothers") wishes to notify that Shonaid Jemmett-Page, a non-executive director of the group, has now been appointed a non-executive director and Vice Chairman of Origo Partners PLC  with effect from 18 October 2012.
