Jamie Cayzer-Colvin, who was appointed a non-executive director of the company
on 1st January 2008, has appointed Peter Buckley (who recently retired as a
non-executive director of the company) as his alternate.


The need for this appointment, which is expected to be temporary, has arisen as
Jamie Cayzer-Colvin is convalescing after a recent operation.


Under paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) of the UKLA Listing Rules Mr Buckley has disclosed
that he is currently a director of the Caledonia Investments plc, Polar Capital
Holdings PLC and Bristow Group Inc. He was previously a director of Sterling
Industries PLC and Kerzner International Limited. There are no other details
requiring disclosure under 9.6.11 to 15 under the UKLA Listing Rules.
