Commenting on the exclusivity agreement, Bill McCormick, MD of DVS, said: "We are delighted to be working with Pinnacle. Thanks to our gateway and our software solutions, employees can always be connected to the corporate network. However, security issues, bring your own device (BYOD) and data ownership, all add to the complexity of running an IT infrastructure when a company makes the move to a mobile workforce. With Pinnacle's experience in the areas of mobility, connectivity, IT support and security, we are convinced that we have chosen the right partner to attack a growing wider market."

Commenting on the exclusivity agreement, Alan Bonner, CEO of Pinnacle, said:" We are seeing an exponential need for a solution like this as the IT landscape continues to change, and the trend toward mobile working moves forward at a very fast pace. This latest partnership gives Pinnacle exclusivity over a solution that is the market's first high performance HTML5 Remote Desktop Client, providing browser access to applications and desktops (virtual & physical), running on Windows Terminal Services, RDS/VDI platforms, including Microsoft Hyper-V and other hypervisors such as VM Virtual and Citrix machines. Over the last few years, Pinnacle has evolved from a telecoms-centric business, into a premier provider of converged managed services and we are very excited to be working with Bill and his team at DVS. Preventing important data from falling into the wrong hands is one of the biggest fears in a move to mobile workers and this solution allows employees, regardless of the size of the business, to safely and securely connect to their company desktops from anywhere in the world, even from unsecured locations, which minimises the procedures required to prevent accidental data leakage when working remotely, or from a poorly secured home network. We will continue to seek best of breed solutions that add value to our service proposition and help differentiate us from our competitors."
