Successful Completion of Contracts

 

Contracts completed

Pinnacle Telecom Group plc, (AIM: PINN) the AIM listed provider of integrated telecommunications solutions, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a number of contracts to provide temporary voice and data networks for major UK outdoor events. The completed contracts include Glastonbury, the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world. The contract for Glastonbury was for the BBC to broadcast sound for BBC TV, BBC Radio and the BBC iPlayer. The contract also included connectivity for the whole Glastonbury Festival, which included the festival security, the hospital and the event stages. Pinnacle has also successfully completed the voice and data contract for T4 on the beach, which was held yesterday in Weston-super-Mare.

 

The Company has now successfully completed contracts for a number of high profile events this year, which include: -

·    BBC Radio1 Big Weekend

·    The Chelsea Flower Show

·    Evolution Festival

·    Donington Download Festival

·    Hyde Park Festival (London's Hard Rock Calling)

·    Alton Towers Pink Concert

Commenting on the completed contracts, Alan Bonner, CEO of Pinnacle said: "We continue to prove how effective Pinnacle has become in creating and delivering temporary, voice and data networks for the BBC and large outdoor events. One of Pinnacle's key services is to enable rapid deployment of IP telephony and data, to remote and temporary locations, which also reduces costs and improves productivity. We now look forward to T in The Park this weekend, whose 2010 line-up includes Muse, The Black Eyed Peas, The Prodigy, Eminem and Kasabian.
