Result of AGM and Directorate Change

Pinnacle Technology Group plc (AIM:PINN), the AIM listed provider of cloud based technology solutions announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the company held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced on 08 January 2013, William Allan, Non-Executive Chairman and John Anderson, Non-Executive Director have today both officially stepped down from their respective roles within the Company. The board thanks them for their contribution to Pinnacle. They have both provided vital support and guidance during the evolution of the business and we wish them well in their future endeavours.

The Company is pleased to announce Dr Tom Black and Dr James Dodd have today joined the board as Non-Executive Director and Chairman respectively.
