Falanx Group Limited (FLX.L), the AIM listed provider of cyber security and strategic intelligence services, confirms audit completion and sign off of the final results for the year ending 31 March 2020. The results are published on the Company website at www.falanx.com/falanx-group-investor-information in accordance with the electronic communication provisions under its Articles of Association and AIM Rule 20.

Total voting rights

The number of Ordinary Shares in issue and number of voting rights is  517,901,185  . The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
