Change of Director's holding in CLS Holdings plc ('the Company') 

In accordance with paragraph 16.13 of the Listing Rules I write to inform you 
that on 6 October, 2004 the Company received a notice of exercise of options 
from Mr Dan Baverstam, a director of the Company, in relation to the exercise by 
him on 6th October 2004 of options over 36,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each 
in the capital of the Company. The options were granted on 23rd May, 1996 at a 
price of 98 pence per share.

Mr Baverstam is now interested in 145,307 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in 
the capital of the Company.
