ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD APPOINTMENT

The Board of CLS is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrik Gransater as
a Non-Executive Director.

Patrik is a founder of Speed Ventures AB, one of Sweden's leading
high-technology advisory and incubator businesses.

Results for the year ended 31st December 1999 will be announced on Monday 14th
February 2000.
