ANNOUNCES A FURTHER NEW LETTING
AT SOLNA BUSINESS PARK, STOCKHOLM
The Board of CLS is pleased to announce the completion of the first
pre-letting of the proposed refurbished building known as Frasaren 11.
A total of 2,850 sq m (30,677 sq ft) of office space has been let to an
administrative department of the Swedish Government at an aggregate annual
rent of SEK 6,575,750 (£462,368).
The rent achieved for the offices of SEK 2,300 per sq m (£15 sq ft) sets a
record high for rents at the Solna Business Park.
The lease is for a fixed period of five years from 1st January 2002 (when the
refurbishment will be completed) and the entire rent is subject to annual
indexation to reflect any increase in the Swedish equivalent of the Retail
Price Index.
CLS will be announcing its results for the year ended 31st December 2000
tomorrow.
