                            Purchase of own shares



On 28 February 2003 CLS purchased 555,000 ordinary shares at 200p per share
under its existing authority to make market purchases.  Following the
cancellation of these 555,000 ordinary shares, CLS's issued share capital will
stand at 93,574,431.
