CLS Holdings plc ('the Company')
Proposed purchase of up to 2,437,890 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company
by way of a tender offer (the 'Tender Offer')
Result of AGM and Tender Offer
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 2.00 p.m. today, all the
resolutions set out in the Tender Offer document and notice of AGM dated 15
April 2004 were duly passed.
The board of CLS is also pleased to confirm that the Company's recent Tender
Offer, as described in the Tender Offer document dated 15 April 2004, is now
closed, having received acceptance for the Tender Offer in full by its
shareholders. CLS' issued share capital following cancellation of 2,437,890
Ordinary Shares under the Tender Offer will stand at 85,326,177 Ordinary Shares.
