Director's Shareholding

The Company was has been notified that Mr Ronald Shashoua, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, purchased 4,000 Ordinary 5p Shares at a price of 
232p per share on 13th June 2006.

Following this transaction Mr Shashoua now has a beneficial interest in 87,635
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5885% per cent of the Company's issued share 
capital.
