Director's Shareholding

The Company was has been notified that Mr Ronald Shashoua, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, has sold 3,880 Ordinary 5p Shares at a price of 170p 
per share on 21st November 2006.

Following this transaction Mr Shashoua now has a beneficial interest in 83,755
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.5603% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
