Comino Group plc (Comino), the provider of Service Delivery Solutions for Local
Government, Social Housing and Occupational Pensions, held its Annual General
Meeting at 11:30 am today Friday 1 July 2005.

Following the formal business of the meeting, Chairman David Quysner made the
following brief statement:-

'Comino was pleased to announce profits in line with expectations for the year
ended 31 March 2005. We remain well placed to develop new revenue opportunities
particularly in Local Government, as we look forward to a year of growth.'
