                               Directorate Change

Comino announces that on 1 February 2006 Michael Stoddard was appointed director
and company secretary of Comino. David Quysner, Garth Selvey, Paul Clifford,
Michael Greig and Mark Boleat resigned as directors of Comino with effect from 1
February 2006, with Paul Clifford also resigning as company secretary of Comino
on that date. Garth Selvey and Paul Clifford have also resigned as employees of
Comino, with Paul Clifford to be re-employed by Comino with effect from 8
February 2006.

Michael Stoddard, aged 48, qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. He is
currently Finance Director of Civica plc. Michael was finance director of two
other London listed companies before joining the Sanderson Group as finance
director in 1998. Along with Simon Downing, Michael formed part of the
management buyout team which took the Sanderson Group private in January 2000
and was Sanderson Group finance director until December 2003.
