Notice of AGM and Availability of Annual Report
CMO Group PLC, the UK's largest online-only retailer of building materials, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 ("Annual Report"), including notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are now available on the Investor section of the Company's website at www.cmogroup.com.
Shareholders who have elected to receive e-communications from the Company will receive a letter or an email notifying them as to the availability of the Annual Report on the Company Website.
Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies of the relevant documents will receive a copy of the Annual Report and the Notice of the Meeting by post shortly.
The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham St, London EC2V 7NQ, on 30 June 2023 at 10.00 a.m.
The Board strongly encourages all shareholders to vote on the resolutions by proxy before the deadline of 10:00 a.m. on 28 June 2023.
