Comino Group plc

The  Company  was notified on 18 July 2000 in  accordance
with  Sections 198 and 212 of the Companies Act 1985 that
Morley  Fund  Management  were  interested  in  1,230,000
ordinary  shares representing 9 per cent. of  the  issued
share capital.

The breakdown of this holding is as follows:

Norwich Union Insurance Investment Ltd          10,000
Norwich Union Pensions Management Ltd           60,000
