Substantial Shareholding Notification
The Company was notified on 4 April 2001 that under
Section 198-210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended)
Montanaro UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc was
interested in 433,500 ordinary shares representing 3.14
per cent. of the Comino Group plc's issued share capital.
The shares have been registered as follows:
HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK) Limited, designation
865752.
