Board Appointment
The Board of Guinness Peat Group plc today announces the appointment of Graeme
Cureton to the Group Board as Executive Director with immediate effect.
Graeme Cureton (57) has broad experience in the Australian business scene. He
is Acting Chairman of Capral Aluminium Limited and a director of Joe White
Maltings Limited, Green's Foods Limited and MEM Group Limited.
Graeme Cureton joined GPG in 1994 following several years as a senior executive
(corporate) with Pioneer International Limited. Prior to his employment with
Pioneer, he spent 8 years with IEL as Investment Manager.
