Supplementary announcement to the Annual Report and Accounts


With reference to the Annual Report and Accounts announcement made on 30 April
2008, the Company would like to confirm that, the financial information set out
in that announcement does not constitute the company's statutory accounts for
the years ended 29 February 2008 or 28 February 2007, but is derived from the
statutory accounts for these years. Statutory accounts for 2007 have been
delivered to the Registrar of Companies and those for 2008 will be delivered
following the company's annual general meeting. The auditors have reported on
those accounts; their reports were unqualified, did not draw attention any
matters by way of emphasis without qualifying their reports and did not contain
statements under s237(2) or (3) Companies Act 1985.
