Zug, Switzerland - 28 September 2021 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") today announces that the base prospectus dated 28 September 2021, in respect of the update of the €5,000,000,000 Euro Medium-Term Note Programme, by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. as issuer and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC (the "Base Prospectus"), originally established on 3 June 2013, has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
