Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 574,801 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will be granted on 11 October 2021.
These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time under the terms of the following schemes:
