Director Shareholdings

Cohort plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of directors of the Company in ordinary shares of 10 pence in relation to the purchase of shares.

 

Purchase of SIP Shares

The Company hereby notifies the market that, on 10 September 2019 shares were purchased under the Cohort plc Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") to be held in Trust beneficially on behalf of Mr Andrew Thomis and Mr Simon Walther as follows:
