Grant of options  

The Company announces the following grant of unapproved options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each to directors of the Company:

The unapproved options were granted on 5 August 2009 pursuant to the Cohort plc 2006 Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006. The options can be exercised between 6 August 2012 and 5 August 2019. 

The Company also announces the following grant of approved options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each to directors of the Company:

The approved options were granted on 18 August 2009 pursuant to the Cohort plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme established on 16 February 2006 (and approved by HM Revenue & Customs on 10 April 2006). The options are made pursuant to three year savings contracts.
