COHORT PLC (the Company)
Grant of Share Options under the Sharesave Scheme
On 4 September 2020, the Company granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the Cohort plc 2016 Savings Related Share Option Scheme (SAYE) to Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, and Simon Walther, Finance Director, as follows:
