Cairo, April 2^nd , 2015 - The Board of Commercial International Bank (CIB) convened today  to discuss the findings of the due diligence process on CITI Bank's offered retail portfolio and accordingly have delegated the management to decide on submitting a binding offer for the said portfolio.

There can be no assurance that should the management choose to submit an offer, the said submission would result in any specific transaction, and it is possible that no transaction will occur. 

Accordingly, the Bank will inform the market of any new material event that result from this process.
