RELEASE

Cairo -July 27^th, 2017- With reference to the Bank's release dated July 5th, 2017 concerning the partial sale of CIB's ownership stake in CI Capital Holding ("CI Capital") and after obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals, CIB would like to announce that, today, it has successfully executed the transfer of 3.45% of CICH's shares at a transaction value amounting to EGP 44,860,178,  while the Bank will retain a minority stake of 10% in CI-Capital Holding.

القاهرة في 27 يوليو 2017- بالإشارة إلى البيان الصادر بتاريخ الخامس من يوليو 2017 بخصوص بيع جزء من حصة البنك في شركة سي اي كابيتال القابضة وفى ضوء الحصول على الموافقات اللازمة من الجهات الرقابية المعنية، يود البنك التجاري الدولي أن يعلن عن قيامه اليوم بتنفيذ عملية بيع 3.45% من أسهم شركة سي اي كابيتال القابضة بقيمة إجمالية للصفقة تقدر بـ 44,860,178 جنيه مصري مع احتفاظ مصرفنا بحصة اقلية تبلغ 10% من أسهم شركة سي اي كابيتال القابضة.
