Over the past several days there has been much commentary and speculation in the global markets over the status of debt obligations of Dubai World and Nakheel.

Given the high degree of investor focus on this matter, we believe it is important to communicate that CIB has no exposure to Dubai World or its subsidiary Nakheel.
