The Company further announces that, in accordance with DTR 6.1.2, two copies of
its Articles of Association showing the amendments to be proposed at the
Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 8 February 2008 have today been
lodged with the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document
Viewing Facility.
