The Compass Group PLC Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 5 February 2015. All resolutions were decided on a poll and all resolutions proposed at the Meeting were passed.

As at the close of business on 5 February 2015, the issued share capital was 1,667,621,253 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each and the total number of voting rights in respect of these ordinary shares was 1,667,621,253 each ordinary share having one vote.
