Additional share issue regarding property company acquisitions and change of
Nominated Adviser

The Company announced on 28 June 2002 the completion of the acquisition of four
property companies ('Completion') and the application for a total of 747,073 new
ordinary shares in Comland, being issued as part consideration for the
acquisitions (as more fully described in the announcement of 7 June 2002), to be
admitted to trading on AIM, effective on 1 July 2002.

The Company announces today, having recently agreed the aggregate net asset
value of the four property companies at Completion, that application has been
made for a total of 102,088 new ordinary shares in Comland, being the balance of
the total consideration due for the acquisitions, to be admitted to trading on
AIM, for which admission is expected to be effective on 6 August 2002.

In addition, the Company announces that it has today appointed Deloitte & Touche
Corporate Finance as its Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.  This
appointment ensures continuity of advice following the transfer of partners and
staff of Andersen Corporate Finance to Deloitte & Touche, which took effect
today.
