Court sanctions Scheme of Arrangement

The Company announces that at a hearing held earlier today, the Court has
approved the Scheme of Arrangement approved by Shareholders at a Court convened
meeting held on 3 October 2007, giving effect thereby to the acquisition of
Comland by MCF Commercial Limited.

Dealings in the Company's shares will cease this afternoon and the admission of
the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from  07.00
on Monday 15 October 2007. The Scheme timetable is set out below.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those terms defined in
the Scheme Document posted to Comland Shareholders on 10 September 2007.
