relation to MCF Holdings Shares


Shareholders should note in particular that date for acceptance of Forms of
Election has been extended to 12 October 2007 and that 12 October 2007 is
anticipated to be the last day of dealings in, and for registration of transfers
of, Comland Shares.

Shareholders who hold their shares in uncertificated form should note that in
order to elect for the Cash Plus Shares Alternative, they will need to complete
the Form of Election and return it to Capita Registrars, so as to be received no
later than 6.00pm on 12 October 2007.

Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those terms defined in
the Scheme Document posted to Comland Shareholders on 10 September 2007.
