On 10 April 2012, Computacenter Plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day purchased 2,702 ordinary shares at a price of 410.2 pence per share. On the same day, Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, purchased 3,860 ordinary shares at 410.2 pence per share.

These transactions in total represent approximately 0.004% of the issued share capital.  Following these transactions, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 366,561 ordinary shares, representing 0.238% of the Company's issued share capital.
