Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, had on this day purchased 15,600 ordinary shares at 402.0 pence per share.

These transactions in total represent approximately 0.013% of the issued share capital.  Following these transactions, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 400,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.259% of the Company's issued share capital.
