Investor Day and Trading Update
Computacenter plc is today holding an investor day for institutional
shareholders and sell-side analysts. This will include a series of
presentations, given by divisional directors on their areas of operations.
To coincide with this event, the Company will be giving the following pre-close
period update on trading for the six months ending 30th June 2001:
'The Company saw a very strong performance in the first quarter. In common with
much of the industry, sales in the second quarter have been weaker. It is
however anticipated that the results for the six months to 30th June 2001 will
be in line with management's original expectation.'
The interim results will be announced on Wednesday 15 August 2001.
