CONCURRENT TECHNOLOGIES PLC
AGM Statement
At Friday's Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc,
which designs, produces and markets single board computers known as
Multibus II, VME and CompactPCI, the Chairman, Michael Collins, made
the following comments:
'Although turnover for the first quarter of 2000 was slightly down on
budget this was almost entirely due to one customer requiring the
computers it had ordered to be upgraded before delivery. We
anticipate being on budget for sales before the end of June and are
confident of achieving our sales target of just in excess of
£10,000,000 for the year. As expenses have been lower than budgeted
our profitability is in line with our expectations for this stage of
the year.
'There are indications that the order input in the current quarter
will be strong and thus sales in the second half of the year should
be good.'
All resolutions were passed unanimously.
