                    Corporate update - Appointment of Broker



Condor (AIM: CNR) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mirabaud
Securities Limited as broker to the Company commencing on the 1st February 2007,
taking over from Nabarro Wells, who will continue to act as Nominated Advisor to
the Company.



Mark Child, Chairman, stated 'The Board is delighted to appoint Mirabaud as
broker to the Company.  The Natural Resources team at Mirabaud is strongly
regarded worldwide and we look forward to working with them to grow the Company
in the years ahead.'
