Shareholding in the Company

Following the announcement of the Placing on 27 June 2008, the Company announces that there are 330,311,753 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 in issue.  

The Company was notified on 10 July 2008 that City Equities Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest in Condor.

Condor was also notified on various dates between 2 July 2008 and 7 July 2008 that subsequent to the Placing, the following entities now hold notifiable interests in the Company:
