The Company was notified on 15th March 2007 that CIM Special Situations Fund
Limited had purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 28th February
2007.

Following this purchase CIM Special Situations Fund Limited has an interest in
12,140,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 9.32% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
