Creston plc (the 'Company')
Exercise of Options
The Company has issued 400,664 ordinary shares pursuant to an award under the
Creston Long Term Incentive Plan.
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 400,664 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Creston to be admitted to the Official
List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in such
new ordinary shares on 13 March 2006. Following admission of the 400,664
ordinary shares, the issued share capital of the Company will be 37,587,673
ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
