Directors' Dealing
The Company was informed today that Tim Alderson, Finance Director, has acquired
24,756 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the issued
share capital of the Company for 5 pence each.
The warrants are exercisable at an exercise price of 131 pence per ordinary
share before the 12 January 2004 being the last business day in the subscription
period of 42 days commencing on the publication of the Company's interim report
on 2 December 2003 or in the last subscription period being the last business
day in the subscription period of 42 days commencing on the publication of the
Company's preliminary results for the year ending 31 March 2004.
Following the purchase of these warrants Tim Alderson is interested in 34,756
warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares.
